Introduction
O&O DriveLED shows the read and write activity of the drives in a compact LED bar on the desktop. The bar can be positioned freely and is configured from its context menu. It is intended for anyone who wants to see at a glance whether a drive is working, without opening a diagnostic tool.
This manual explains how to get started, how to read and configure the LED bar, and what the indicators mean. Choose a chapter from the sidebar, or follow one of the links below.
- First steps: complete a first session.
- Feature overview: find the right workflow.
- System requirements: check access and prerequisites.
- Troubleshooting: solve problems with a missing bar or a drive that never blinks.
- FAQ: short answers to common questions.
- Support and more from O&O: prepare a support request.
Most controls are in the context menu: right-click the LED bar or its icon in the Windows notification area.
O&O DriveLED is freeware and free of charge to use. It is also supplied as part of O&O Defrag 32.
