System requirements
O&O ShutUp10 runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. The Free Edition is a portable application; the Premium Edition installs a client and a background service.

Which settings are shown depends on the installed Windows version and edition. Settings that exist only in Windows 11 do not appear on Windows 10, and some settings rely on Group Policy features that are not available in Windows Home editions. See Privacy settings.
Disk space and file size​
The Free Edition is a single file of about 76 MB because all runtime components are bundled into the executable; no separately installed framework is required. The application saves its preferences and recorded settings in a configuration file beside the executable or in the local application data folder. See File size.
Languages​
The display language can be selected in Tools → Settings… → General: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, and Chinese. Changing the language requires an application restart.
